Ordered from Herbloom and they lied about shipping to Alaska

I ordered from Herbloom.com, their email is [email protected]. They took my money, $54.00. They keep saying my order has shipped but the tracking is fake, it's just scam shipping info. Then they tried to tell me my order was delivered to an address in Alaska. I have proof I gave them my correct address in Mississippi. They won't refund my money. I'm so sick of these scam artists and it seems like nothing can be done to stop them.
