Ordered a Hillman hoodie for my wife and never got it

I was looking for a gift for my wife and found these Hillman crop top hoodies online. She loves the show "A Different World" so I knew she would love the sweatshirt. I paid $45 for it.

Just imagine my disappointment when the item never came. I reached out to them but never got a response. I sent a DM on Instagram. They claim to have social media accounts but I only found the Instagram page. It has no followers, following just 1 person, and no posts at all.
