Hervns shoulder satchel ad on TV took my Apple Pay
Website Hervns took my money for a Christmas booklet
I tried to check on the order but there's no real way to get ahold of anyone. The site just takes your money and that's the end of it. No booklet, no tracking, no reply.
I don't know who these people are but I want my $57 back.
Ordered shorts from Hervns and got cheap fabric and a copy pasted reply
I emailed them about it, I emailed them numerous times. All I get back is the same copy and pasted message that says "your package contains 2 items." That's it. No company name, no persons name, no greeting or signature. Just that one line. I even asked about the refund policy and got the same thing. It's ridiculous.
