Ordered shorts from Hervns and got cheap fabric and a copy pasted reply
I ordered from Hervns because they had a sale on a 3pack of shorts for $25.99. I got one 3pack in black and one 3pack in gray. What they sent me was one of each color, but they were clearly not the same shorts from the ad. The material was really cheap.
I emailed them about it, I emailed them numerous times. All I get back is the same copy and pasted message that says "your package contains 2 items." That's it. No company name, no persons name, no greeting or signature. Just that one line. I even asked about the refund policy and got the same thing. It's ridiculous.
