Ordered from a veteran’s site but item never showed up

I thought I was ordering something from a veteran to help him out. It was on some website, hervns.com. I used my Apple Credit card and they charged me 25.98 on May 12th.

Got an email saying the order was processed and shipping, then another one saying it was delivered. But it was not. Nothing showed up at my door. On my Apple card it says AWX*hervns 411 Quebec St Denver 80220 CO USA. So I paid and got nothing.
