Ordered slippers from an ad, never got them and the tracking was fake

I saw an ad on Snap Chat for a Hey Dude sale. They had these really cute Valentine's slippers with hearts. I ordered them but I never received anything.
I emailed the customer service at [email protected] about it. They told me the slippers were on their way and gave me a tracking number, but the number was invalid. It didn't work at all.
I'm out $30. I should have known better.
