Ad showed nice product but got cheap junk and no refund

I ordered something from heyluna.shop based on the picture they had online. The picture showed a really nice, high quality item. What showed up in the mail was just cheap junk. Not even close to what they advertised.

They say on their site they offer a 90 day refund. So I tried to get my money back. They just refused. Wouldn't do anything. I lost $66.48 on this.
