Phone call from Ava Harper about a Fifth Third loan I don't owe

I got a call from Ava Harper with Heywood, Lyndon & Associates. She said I owed money on a Fifth Third loan and that she would report it to Check Systems.

So I called Fifth Third and they told me I don't owe anything. Then I called Check Systems and they also said I don't owe anything. After that she sent me an email still saying I owe the money. I called her back and told her to cease and desist contacting me.
