Booking still up after owner backed out and no refund given
She said she'd email me a refund confirmation the next day. Never did. My payment went from pending to processed and I heard nothing. Then she forwarded me to her business partner Simon who tried to rent me some other Airbnb that wasn't even available on the site. I didn't go for it.
Now the website has my driver's license number too because they said I needed to add a passport to finish the booking. I put my license in instead. Already opened a dispute with my bank. The phone number they used is (206) 734-2773 and the address is 320 Queen Anne Ave N in Seattle.
