Ordered shoes online and tracking stopped at the runway

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes for $59 from hike-footwearsale.com. Got an order number and a "thank you for your order" email right away. Then for a week I got a "track your order" update every single day. The last one said the shipment passed customs and was sitting on the plane waiting for takeoff. For 3 days it said the same thing. Waiting on the runway for 3 days? That doesn't make sense. Then nothing. No more updates, no shoes, no word from the company at all. I'm out $59 and have no product.
