Ordered bras from Hilaine and got stuck with poor quality and no real refund

I ordered from Hilaine Bras online and it was a complete waste of money. The bras are really poor quality, they don't fit right and there is no support at all. I paid around $45.

Their return policy is a joke. The website says you can get a refund but you have to email them first. So I did that. Then they emailed me back saying I could exchange for a different size. I said okay but they never actually processed the exchange. Then they offered me a 20% refund which is like $10. It feels like they just want to keep your money. No real customer service.
