Ordered bras from hilaine.com and cant get a return

I ordered 2 bras from this company off their website hilaine.com. When they showed up, honestly they are so cheap feeling and look nothing like the pictures. Not at all what was advertised.

I've been emailing them at [email protected] trying to get return info and got nothing back. Not a single reply. So I started a dispute with my payment provider. After I did that, they sent me an email but I can't even respond to it. It just bounces back with delivery failure notification every time. So basically stuck with these cheap bras and out 75 bucks.

Bras from hilaine.com are flimsy junk with no returns

I ordered from hilaine.com and the bras are absolute crap. The material is flimsy and they don’t fit at all. I tried to return them but there’s no real return policy. They just say sorry or something. I lost $75 on this junk. Their email is [email protected] if you want to contact them but I doubt they’ll help. It’s a total waste of money.

Bought bras from this website and got nothing I could use

I ordered bras from hilaine.com. The whole thing was just a mess from the start. I never even got a confirmation email after I paid. That should have been my first sign.

The bras finally showed up and they are just terrible quality. Like really bad. And when I tried to return them or exchange them for something that actually fits? Nothing. They don't take returns or exchanges at all. So I'm out 100 dollars for junk I can't even wear. Feels like a complete scam honestly.

Ordered bras and they never arrived from China

I ordered some bras on 5/14/26. Paid through the Shop app with my credit card. Two weeks go by and nothing shows up. I emailed customer service at [email protected] and they said the package was delayed in transit.

The shipping notification shows the package is still in China. I emailed them two times asking for a refund and they just refuse. So now I’m out $124.00. I’m going to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
