Auction site selling trucks but won't give owner info

I found this auction website for high end vehicles. I bid on a truck that they said sold for $82K back in February. I put in a bid for $39,000.

They called me and said I won. I asked for their company info and the current owner's name for the truck. The guy wouldn't give me anything. He just said I had to pay the $39,000 plus a $749 delivery fee and hope the truck shows up.

They sent me a link to an invoice at hillsautosales dot net slash dashboard. That's all I got. No company name on the letter or anything.
