Ordered one thing online but got five pieces of cheap plastic

Saw an ad on the internet and thought we were ordering just one of whatever it was. Instead we got five of them. Ended up costing almost 500 dollars and they are not even close to what was advertised. They are cheap thin plastic, not worth 10 bucks each honestly.

Tried contacting them through the email they gave, [email protected], and the phone number (656) 221-1407. No real help. Just feels like a total waste of money.
