Got a weird one-second call about a debt I don't owe.

I just got a call from (877) 797-0263. My phone rang for maybe one second and then went straight to voicemail. The message was from something called Hines Consulting Solutions.

The voicemail said it was about collecting a debt and that it was an urgent, time-sensitive matter. They told me to call back at 844-280-1852 right away. The whole thing felt off.

I don't have any debts in collections. Not one. And who calls and hangs up after one ring? It just doesn't make any sense to me.
