Charged again after buying a soulmate sketch with no warning

I bought a soulmate sketch from Hint.App. It said it was a one time payment so I paid for it. Then later they charged me another 29.99 dollars. There was no clarification that I was signing up for a subscription or anything. I just got charged again out of nowhere. It didn’t make sense because the purchase was supposed to be done. No email or nothing saying I was subscribing. Just the charge.

Signed up for a free trial and got charged without any warning

I signed up for a trial period of that hint app. Nobody told me I was gonna get charged at all. I just saw the money come out of my account.

So I emailed them at [email protected] about it. They wrote back saying "Agent stopped due to max iterations." That was it. Nothing about my money or what happened. Just that weird message that didn't make any sense.
