Paid for a job requirement certificate and then the interview was fake

I got a text about an IT helpdesk job. They said I needed a special "hipaa" certificate to get hired. So I paid $39.99 for it. After I paid, they set up an interview. But the interview was just a fake AI thing. It wasn't even a real person. Now there's no job and I'm out the money. I tried to contact them about it but nothing happened. The whole thing just feels like a setup.
