Ordered shoes, got the wrong ones and now they blocked my email

I ordered shoes from hippieartzone.com. What they sent me was completely wrong, not what I ordered at all. I tried to email their support at [email protected] to get a return started and a refund for my $150.

They won't email back or offer any help. My email even came back to me, like they blocked my address just for asking to return the wrong item. I can't get any support from them at all.
