Got a fake job interview through Teams, now they have my information

I got approached about doing an interview from a phone number. I went ahead and did the interview on Teams. Then they sent over an offer letter. I didn't fill out any of the info on it, but now this scammer has my name and my address.

There was also a W4 form for the state of Maryland included. The whole thing just felt off. The email came from [email protected] and the phone number was (317) 641-7302. They listed an address in Fishers, Indiana too. It was supposed to be for an employment opportunity, but it wasn't right.
