Got a suspicious job offer email I never applied for

I got an email about a job I never even applied for. They sent it to my email address, not even using my name. At first it sounded pretty official, but then you realize it's all very general. I looked it up and the only company I could find is headquartered in Belgium. I doubt they'd offer such high pay for an entry level position anyway. With my decades of experience, I would never be looking for an entry level job. The email came from [email protected] and had a link to a Teams invite. The whole thing just felt off.
