Charged during free trial and double billed for monthly and annual plans
I signed up for a yearly product from HitPaw that came with a trial period. According to their website, I wasn't supposed to be charged during the trial. But they charged me for the monthly amount anyway.
Now I've been charged twice, for both a monthly and an annual plan at the same time. They also refused to give me the credit they promised would be free for the trial.
I've tried to get a refund. All I get are AI responses that don't actually address my request. They just won't help me.
