Ordered a vape and then got hit with a fake shipping fee

I bought a vape from the online store HittingBlinkersBrand.com. After I paid, they came back and said I had to pay an extra $255 for shipping. That's when I knew it was a scam. I'm out the $100 I already sent them. Their address is listed as 2315 S Vermont Ave in Los Angeles, and their contact email is [email protected]. They just took the money and that was it.
