Ordered a CBD pipe from Hitzdispos and never got tracking or delivery

I bought a CBD pipe from Hitzdispos.com and paid $116.69. They took my money but I never got any tracking information or the item itself.

I tried emailing them at [email protected] but no reply. The address they have listed is 6435 Florin Perkins Rd Sacramento CA 95828. I just want my money back or the pipe. Nothing ever showed up and nobody ever contacted me about it.
