Won money playing games but still haven't been paid

I played the games on their site and I won the money. So then I did the redeem thing. That was 4 days ago now and I still don't have my money.

The website is Hiwingo.com and their support email is [email protected]. They are supposed to be in Dallas, TX. I called the number (844) 477-1099 but nobody really helped me. I lost $152.00 on this.

I just want my money that I won. It's been four days and nothing.
