Man called saying I owe a 7 year old debt I never took out

I got a call from Clark Sims. He said he was with HLC Group. He was trying to collect on some debt from 7 years ago but it was for a loan I never even took out. I asked him to verify and validate the debt and he just wouldn't do it.

Then he told me they were going to garnish my wages. He even called my wife and tried to pull the same thing on her. Just a bunch of bs honestly. I never took out that loan and they had no proof.
