Ordered something online and got sent a fake tracking number

I ordered an item from HMULEFATE.com. They sent me a tracking number but it never updated, not once. Every time I asked about it, they just said the shipping company would update it soon. That went on for months. The tracking still never updated. They just kept my money and then stopped responding to me completely. They claim to be out of California, but it seems like they're actually from China.
