Paid for a flight on their website but never got the ticket

I booked a flight through their site for $253.81. It showed up on jetcost.com so I thought it was legit. I paid and everything went through.

Then I never got the ticket. No email, no confirmation, nothing. They act like they sell tickets but they don't actually issue them. I called the number on their site (800) 473-7107 and nobody picks up. Emailed [email protected] too but no reply.

So I'm out the money and have no flight.
