Phone call about selling my timeshare weeks cost me over a thousand dollars

Someone called me out of the blue saying they could sell my timeshare weeks. They told me I could get four weeks for a minimum of $1800 a week so that would be at least $7200 total. But I had to pay a transaction fee first, $399 per week just to start the process.

I signed some e-contract they sent over and they said they would email me a copy. I never got any copy. Now all the phone numbers they gave me are disconnected. Their website is holidayrentalsclub.com and they listed an address in FL, USA but I don't know if any of that is real.

I sent them $1100 total and I have nothing to show for it. Just nothing.
