Ordered sea moss and got blocked on Facebook after asking

I ordered from Holistic Sea Moss on March 23, 2026. It was for $138.95. I messaged them a few times on Facebook asking about my order and then they blocked me.

Then on April 2 I got a message saying a label was created. I checked with the delivery company and nothing ever moved. I emailed them at [email protected] but nobody answered.

It's April 20 now and still nothing. No product, no response, no movement on that tracking number. Their address is 2030 Main Street NW in Atlanta but I don't know if that's even real.
