Bought something with a 60 day return and now nobody will help me cancel

So I found this website Hollowrayquazacrew.com and they said you could buy a product with a 60 day return and get a full refund. Sounded fine so I went ahead and ordered.

Then I tried to cancel the order. The distributor told me I had to contact the company itself. They gave me an email address but it would not accept my email. Just bounced back. So I tried calling the distributor again and they won't pick up the phone. Then they gave me another website to contact for cancellation and that site does not even exist.

I haven't lost any money yet but it's just a runaround and a waste of time.
