Ordered hair in January, still nothing, just ads

I placed an order with Hollywood Hair Bar back on January 19th. I never got my stuff. Every time I try to reach out about my order, they just send me advertisements. No solutions, just ads. I’ve tried contacting them, but it’s the same thing. I’m out over $76 and I have nothing to show for it.
