Charged my card but now they say payment is pending

I placed an order on the Hollywood Leather Jackets website. They charged my card for $80. Now I get an email from someone named Vince saying they can't process my order because the payment is still pending. The email says "thank you for placing your order" but then says they haven't been able to process it.

The money is already gone from my account. I tried the contact link they sent but it just goes to their website. It doesn't make any sense. They took the money but are acting like they didn't get it.
