Paid them to pitch my idea but got nothing back

I found this website hollywoodpitcher.com and they said they would pitch my idea to studios for me. They are located on Wilshire Boulevard in Beverly Hills. So I paid them the money they asked for.

After I sent the payment I did not hear anything back with any details. No proof they actually sent my idea anywhere. Nothing. I asked them for some kind of update or confirmation but they just didn't give me anything.

It feels like they just take the money and that is it. No service at all. I did not get any proof of anything.
