Ordered capri pants but package never showed up and nobody replies

I placed an order for a 8 pack of capri pants from their website. They sent me tracking information and the last entry said delivered June 4th at 4:07 a.m. Well the package was not delivered. I been sending emails to service24@holmbechthomas and nobody replies. Nothing. Total money lost was 35.18 dollars.

Ordered eight pairs of pants and never got anything

I ordered eight pairs of men's pants from this website holmbechthomas.com. It was 42 dollars total which seemed reasonable so I went ahead. I paid with my card and got a confirmation email from [email protected] saying my order was placed.

That was a while ago and nothing ever showed up. No tracking number or anything. I tried calling the number on the site which is (602) 384-0528 but nobody picks up. I sent a few emails too and no reply at all. Just silence.

I don't know what else to do at this point. I just want my money back or the pants. But I cant get a hold of anyone.

Ad while playing a game led to fake pants order

I saw an ad online while I was playing a game. I clicked on it and looked through the stuff they had. I ordered 7 pocket pants for my husband since he works outside at home a lot and enjoys wearing those type of pants.

I tried to contact support when I first learned that my package was "delivered" to get an email back from gmail itself saying the address couldn't be found. Absolutely a scam and disgusting to think it's still up and running.

Bought cargo pants from a UK site, never got them

I saw an ad on a phone app for womens cargo pants. The company looked like it was based in the UK so I figured it was legit. I ordered a pair and paid 41 dollars.

They sent a tracking number but it was for China Post, not DHL or UPS like the shipping fees I paid for. The tracking number was fake, nothing ever moved. I emailed them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. The website w[censored]mbechthomas.com. I never got the pants and they just kept my money.

Ordered pants from HolmbechThomas and they lied about delivery

I ordered 4 pair of pants from this website HolmbechThomas.com and they charged my Amex card $28.88. They said it was delivered by China post on June 13th at 5:15 in the morning. That is a lie.

I have Ring cameras all around my property. I checked the video from that time and nobody came anywhere near my house at 5:15 am. I told the company this and they kept insisting maybe it was in the bushes or maybe it was at the post office. I told them no you are a scam.

Amex refunded my money so I didn't lose anything but still. I just wanted the pants. Their email is [email protected].

Ordered Carhartt shirts from an ad, never got them

I saw an ad on my phone for 20 Carhartt T-shirts for $33 plus shipping. Sounded like a good deal so I ordered on May 12th. They finally sent me a confirmation saying it was delivered on June 5th.

But nothing was delivered to me. They just gave me fake tracking info. I lost $44.63 on this.

Ordered pants from a website that never sent anything

I ordered 8 pairs of pants from holmbechthomas.com. They were selling them for $4.12 a pair. Seemed like a good deal so I placed the order and paid for shipping too. Total came to about $40.99.

That was a month ago. I still haven’t gotten anything. No package, no tracking, no email saying it shipped. Just nothing. I tried the website again but it’s not really clear who to contact. Pretty sure this was just a scam.

Ordered jeans from an online game ad and never got them

I ordered five pairs of 501 jeans from this company through a link in an online game. The email said I received them but I never got anything. I paid $41.47 and I have no idea where my money went. The email they used was [email protected]. I just want my jeans or my money back.
