Ordered a mattress topper online and never received it

I saw an ad for Home Garden Trends and ordered a full size mattress topper from their website. It cost $119. The charge went through on my card. I never got the item. It never showed up.

To pay for it, I used an online loan service called Affix. Now I don't know what to do about the loan payments. I'm still supposed to pay for something I never even received? That doesn't seem right. The whole thing feels like a scam.

Their phone number is (414) 937-0774. I tried calling but couldn't get a real person or any help. No one answers.
