Ordered fibromyalgia stuff from Facebook ad and got nothing

I saw this ad on Facebook for something to help with fibromyalgia and other stuff. Sounded good so I ordered it. The website was home & garden trends and I paid $119.

Never got anything. No package ever showed up. I tried emailing them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. It just feels like I threw my money away. I don't know what else to do.
