Phone call saying my mortgage was about to change

Got a call from (877) 891-9796. The guy said he was from Home Mortgage Bank and had my name and address. Said something about my mortgage terms changing soon and I needed to verify some info.

I didn’t give them anything. It just felt off. They had my name and address but no company letter or anything in writing. Just a phone call out of nowhere. When I asked more questions he got pushy.

I looked up the number after and it’s not Home Mortgage Bank. I don’t even know who these people are. Just wanted to report it.
