Got a mailer about my mortgage warranty expiring, but I never had one.

I got this piece of mail through USPS. It says my Home Mortgage Warranty insurance is about to expire. The thing is, I never had a mortgage warranty with any company. I don't even know what that is.

The letter came from Santa Ana, CA. There's a phone number on it, (877) 913-1764. The whole thing just felt off. I didn't call it. I don't know why they have my address or why they're telling me to renew something I never signed up for in the first place.
