Renting from Home Now Properties with no working appliances

I’m renting an apartment in West End Atlanta from Home Now Properties. I think they’re slumlords. Before we moved in, they didn’t fix the dishwasher, oven, or roof. My roommate and I have been living here over a month now and still no working dishwasher or oven. The roof finally got fixed.

These appliances are included in our rent price so I feel it’s unfair we’re expected to pay full rent with these issues still going on. The property says maintenance is through a third party so they have no control when maintenance cancels or no-call no-shows on us multiple times. There’s so many bad reviews on Google from other tenants getting the same shady service I am. Is there any way to hold them accountable or help me afford to move out?
