Paid for help finding a rental and they just took my money

I paid home rental helpers to help me and my two kids find a place to live. I’m a single mom trying to move to Tennessee and I gave them 399.99. They took my money but they’re not sending me any listings in that town.

I’ve been reaching out for weeks now. No response. They just put me on hold or hang up on me. Every time I ask to speak to HR or someone higher up they tell me I’m rude and then they hang up. That’s a lot of money for a single mom and I’ve got nothing to show for it.
