Got a weird final notice letter about a home warranty I don't have

I got this "final notice" letter in the mail. The envelope had no return address and the letter itself had no real company letterhead. It said they'd been trying to contact me about a home warranty for my house, and they had my street address right. They even used the correct name of my old mortgage company, but that loan isn't even active anymore.

The letter said it was to make sure my home warranty didn't expire and that my "eligibility for service coverage" wasn't revoked. I never signed up for any home warranty. They gave a phone number to call for more discussion. The whole thing felt off.

Got a "Final Notice" letter about a home warranty I never signed up for.

I got this letter in the mail. It says "Final Notice" on it and it's about a home warranty. I never signed up for any home warranty. It's telling me to call 1-888-559-9097.

The whole thing felt off. I don't have a warranty with them. I don't know why they're sending me a final notice for something I didn't buy. It just doesn't make any sense to me.
