Got a weird letter about my home warranty from a number with no company name

I got this letter in the mail from a number, 800-929-0886, calling itself Home Warranty Services. The envelope and the letter inside had no return address, no business name, nothing. It just said my home warranty was expiring.

Then it mentioned my lender's name from like five years ago, which isn't even who I have now. It tells me to call some guy named Corey Carleton at that same 800 number to "activate" my warranty. It feels like they just want me to call so I can pay them money over the phone. The whole thing seems off.

Got a text about my home warranty expiring, but I never signed up.

I just got this text message from 888-404-4504. It said it was from Home Warranty Services and that my property's home warranty was ready to expire. The thing is, I never signed up for any home warranty service with them. I don't even know who they are. It felt off right away, like a phishing attempt or something. I didn't click anything or call back, but it's annoying to get these random messages out of the blue. There's no website listed either, just this phone number.
