Promised a housekeeper but they cancelled twice and no one answers

I booked a housekeeper through Homeaglow.com. They promised someone would come clean my home. They cancelled twice. Just no show, no call. I’m still waiting for the place to get cleaned.

They never told me upfront there would be an extra charge if the cleaner used their own cleaning tools. That came later. And I cannot get a real person on the phone. Their website goes nowhere, I can’t find an agent to talk to.

Now I see I will be automatically charged monthly for service. If I cancel within the first 6 months, they said I will be charged an additional amount but they never quoted how much. I already lost $25.00.
