Someone registered an LLC using my spouse’s name and our home address

Someone used my spouse’s name and our home address to register an LLC in Missouri. They set up a website through Dynadot and used Cloudflare to hide their real location. The phone number on the site just rings to nothing.

I didn’t click the email link because I didn’t trust it. The Missouri Secretary of State is already working on taking down the LLC, and I reported the domain to Dynadot as a fake Whois. This whole thing feels really wrong.
