No way to contact them after buying from their website

I saw their ads everywhere, on different websites and even got emails and WhatsApp messages from them. So I finally ordered something from homegiz.com.

The first time I tried to track my order it took way longer than the money back guarantee said it would. And now I can't get in touch with them at all. I emailed [email protected] but nobody answered.

I lost $41.73 on this and I have no idea where my money went or what I even bought.
