Paid for homeschool materials in November and never received anything

I made two separate purchases from Homeschool in a Box back in November 2025, using the Florida Step Up for Students scholarship marketplace. I never got anything I ordered.

I tried calling and emailing them on multiple numbers and addresses. Finally, on January 6th 2026, I got an email back saying they were shipping the items right away. They sent a tracking number, but it only shows a label was created. The package was never actually shipped.

Since then, I've called and emailed many more times. I even asked for a refund in an email. I haven't gotten a single response from them at all. I'm out over $632.
