Facebook ad for Winnie the Pooh tumbler never showed up

I saw an ad on Facebook for a Winnie the Pooh tumbler and decided to order it. I was a little skeptical at first but then I saw you could pay through Shop or Shopify so I thought it was legit. It was not.

I paid for the product and also paid extra for shipping protection. Never got anything. I emailed them several times at [email protected] and nothing happened. Shop doesn’t guarantee anything either so I’m out 54 dollars.

Ordered a Winnie the Pooh Stanley cup two months ago, still nothing

I ordered a Winnie the Pooh painted Stanley cup from HoneyMug.store about two months ago. The tracking code they gave me showed nothing the whole time. It finally says it’s departed from China but that’s it.

There’s no way to contact them except a comment section on their site. I spent almost 70 bucks on this. I feel like this is just a group trying to rip people off. Even if I do get it eventually I think it’ll be fake and cheap.
