Ordered a Stanley tumbler over a month ago and still nothing

I ordered a Stanley Winnie the Pooh 40 oz. Tumbler from this Instagram shop. It’s been over 30 days and I still haven’t gotten it.

I emailed them like 10 times at [email protected] asking where my package is. Every single time they sent back the exact same thing, word for word. I asked them to tell me where it is in transit or how much longer it would take. No real answer.

I also asked for a refund. Nothing. Lost $54.53.
