Ordered a dress from honeyplumclothing for my daughter and it never came

My daughter ordered the Sail dress from honeyplumclothing.com over Christmas. It was supposed to be for her birthday party in January. She never got it.

I emailed them at [email protected] but nobody ever wrote back. We lost $81 on this. Just nothing showed up and no tracking or anything. Really disappointing.
