Bought a wall mounted air conditioner but it’s just a fan

I ordered this wall mounted air conditioner from their website and it was supposed to cool the room. But all it does is blow air around. I looked on the back and it’s actually labeled as a heater. So it’s basically just a fan.

Total waste of money. I paid $147.98 for this thing and it doesn’t even work like it’s supposed to. Feels like I got tricked into buying something that’s not what they said it was.
