Paid for a product and got nothing for over a year

I ordered something from their site hoobs.com/pro and paid $500. They said it was on back order. That was 12 months ago and I never got any updates.

I asked to cancel and get a refund. That was 3 months ago now. Still no refund and no one tells me anything about where my money is.
